摘要
通过对255名高校女生两年体育课程中运动损伤情况的调查与分析,发现:膝关节运动损伤发生率明显高于其他部位。准备活动不正确、不充分是发生膝关节损伤的主要原因;而女生学习压力大,营养不均衡,内在心理、生理特点等也是造成损伤的因素。根据女子膝关节肌肉韧带的解剖特点,正确掌握专项运动技术动作,合理安排教学进程,循序渐进,提高女生自我保护意识,重视膝关节准备活动,是减少运动损伤的有效方法。
A study of the athletic injury of 255 college girls in gym class has discovered that the the cases of knee injury accounted for the largest part, most of which were the results of incorrect or inadequate preparation before running, jumping, shadowboxing or other sports, and partly with academic pressure, unbalanced nourishment, and female psychological or physiological factors. Preventive measures suggested include course design adapting to their knee muscle structure, emphasis on correct motions of the events and sufficient preparation based on enhanced awareness of their self-protection.
