教育科学研究中“研究对象”的保护伦理 被引量:6

摘要 "研究伦理"是研究过程中必须遵守的规范和准则。"研究对象"的保护是一切研究都必须关注的"初始化"问题。以人为主要研究对象的教育科学研究更要高度关注这个问题。文章梳理了国际社会重视和关注"研究对象"保护的伦理的发展线索;分析了当代教育科学研究转向更加关注人自身及其微观教育关系研究的背景下,重视"研究对象"保护的必要性和重要性;进而,在借鉴国际社会关于研究对象保护伦理的基础上,结合我国历史和文化传统,提出了我国教育科学研究中"研究对象"保护的伦理原则和准则,并提出我国相关行政管理部门、学术团体、研究机构、学校等组织,应该尽快成立类似国际社会的Institutional Review Board(IRB)组织机构,负责以人为"研究对象"的研究设计审查的建议。 Anyone involved in scientific research needs to be aware of the general ethical agreements. As the fundamental ethical rule, the subject's personal interest protection should be paid close attention to from the very beginning, especially in educational scientific study in which the human beings are main research subjects. In this paper, the author traced back to the history that the subject's interest has been cared for in the western academic world, set forth its importance and necessity to the educational research when the subjects of human and their mini-relationship are much more valued of the day. From this point of view, the author investigated those ethical agreements prevailing in the world, put up some ethical norms by himself, according to Chinese cultures and traditions. The author also argued that the domestic censorship, function as Institutional Review Board (IRB), should be set up as soon as possible for fear that the subject's rights and interests are being invaded and abused.
