摘要
教师集体效能感与学校效能之间存在密切关系:教师集体效能感干预了有效学校的关键特征,是学校组织文化的构成部分,是促进学校改革不可或缺的动力;它改变了教师的工作态度和教学行为,影响了学生的学业成就。教师集体效能感对于学校效能研究的重要意义在于它有助于从动态的角度揭示有效学校特性影响学生学业成就的作用过程。因此,探讨教师集体效能感与学校效能之间的关系具有一定的理论意义和价值。
There is a close relation between teachers' collective efficiency and school effectiveness. That teachers' collective efficiency is significant to the school effectiveness research is because that it is helpful to dynamically explore the influencing process between the effective school characteristics and the achievement of students. So, it is significant and of theory value to research the relation between teachers' collective efficiency and school effectiveness.
