A Dialectic Thinking on the CCP Construction among University Students

第十二次全国高校党建工作会议召开以来,大学生党建工作在取得较快发展的同时也出现了一些问题,如培养措施不到位、考察不全面、程序不规范、把关不严等。因此,必须进行辩证思考,抓好抓实党建工作的每一个环节,处理好数量与质量的关系,切实提高发展党员的质量;处理好培养与发展的关系,切实加强入党积极分子的培养教育;处理好发展前的培养与发展后的教育管理的关系,切实加强党员的继续教育,确保大学生党建工作健康发展。

The CCP construction among university students aims at cultivation of reliable successors and qualified constructors for the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. In order to ensure its healthy development, we therefore need to deal with the relation between quantity and quality to guarantee the quality of student CCP members, to tackle the relation between cultivation and admission of CCP applicants to foster the education of them, and to balance the administration of student CCP members before and after they are admitted to the party for the continuous education of them.
