摘要
大学生志愿者组织管理存在着行政化管理的浓厚色彩,与大学生志愿者组织的自愿性特征相悖。因此,大学生志愿者组织的管理应当建构自律式与他律式、服务意识与功利意识、激励机制与责任机制、阵地式与项目式、人本化与物本化管理相统一的新模式。
College student volunteer's organization management systems are undoubtedly coated with thick administrative management features, which go directly against the voluntary feature. So we should construct a new mode that can optimize the relationship between self-discipline and discipline, serving awareness and utilitarian awareness, stimulus system and responsibility system, usual form and item form, human-oriented management system and businesslike system.
