摘要
目的观察脑震荡性损伤对大鼠脑干轴索、髓鞘的影响.方法用金属单摆打击装置复制单纯性脑震荡模型,随机分为伤后1、2、4、8、16、24d6个损伤组和对照组(n=8只);应用组织化学技术、半定量方法和图像分析方法研究脑震荡后脑干轴索和髓鞘的变化.结果脑震荡后各组均不同程度出现轴索肿胀、排列紊乱、断裂等病变以及髓鞘的肿胀、变性,以伤后2、4d组最重,8d后有所减轻,24d组与对照组比较,轴索基本恢复正常,髓鞘与对照组比较有统计学意义.结论脑震荡后大鼠脑干轴索和髓鞘均不同程度出现类似弥漫性轴索损伤的病理改变.
Objective To observe the pathologic changes of in the brain stem axons and myelin sheath in brain concussion (BC) rats. Methods Animal model of concussive brain injury in rats was duplicated with a metallic pendulum-striker concussive device. BC rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (n = 8 ): day 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 24 post-concussive injury group. There were 12 normal rats in control group. Histochemistry technique was used to show the morphological changes of axons and myelin sheath in brain stem. Results The various morphological changes were observed in all injured rats in the brain stem axons and myelin sheath. The damages were more seriously at day 2 and day 4 groups than any other group. The severity of lesion was attenuated after 8 days. The axonal recovered in day 24 group, but the myelin sheath in day 24 group was still different significantly compared to the control group. Conclusions The morphological pathological changes of the axons and myelin sheath will be observed in BC brain stem similar to diffuse axonal injury (DAI).
