呈贡县参合农民对新型农村合作医疗药品供应满意度及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Satisfaction Degree and it's Influencing Factors of Participating-NRCMS Farmers for the Drug Supply of NRCMS in Chenggong County

目的探讨呈贡县参合农民对新型农村合作医疗药品供应满意度及其影响因素,为制定新农合政策提供科学依据.方法采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究.结果3个村146位参合农民对新农合定点医疗机构药品供应满意度的评价不同,经济情况不同对新农合药品供应的满意度不同(H=9.931,P=0.007).Logistic回归分析得出对药品供应满意度的主要影响因素为医院药品种类、新农合规定药品种类、用药安全、药品价格与市场同价和新农合满意度.结论不同经济水平的参合农民对新农合药品满意度不同,对参合农民满意度的影响是多因素的.

Objective To explore the satisfaction degree and it＇s influencing factors of the drug supply in the New Rural Cooperation Medical System （abbr. NRCMS） in Chenggong county. Methods We used the epidemiology scene research technique to conduct the research. Results The 146 farmers from three different villages had different appraisement of the drug supply satisfaction. The different villages in the different economic conditions had different attitude of the drug supply satisfaction （H = 9.931, P = 0.007）. The main influencing factors by the Logistic regression analysis were the kinds of drug in the hospital, the kinds of drug in NRCMS prescribing, The safety of using drug, the price of drug was as same as the market, and the satisfaction degree of NRCMS. Conclusions The farmers in the different economic condition have different appraisements. The influencing factors of the satisfaction degree of participating-NRCMS farmers are multi- factors.
