1270例女性下生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒感染筛查结果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析社区妇女人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染率,感染亚型分布及年龄特征.方法系用人乳头状瘤病毒基因芯片分型检测对1270例妇女行下生殖道23种HPV亚型感染筛查回顾分析.结果1270例中HPV感染人数163人,总感染率12.8%(163/1270),23种亚型中HPV52、53、83、MM4、42、44型未检测出.高危型中感染率最高的型别是HPV16,其他型别依次为HPV58、33、18、45、35、56、31、59、73、66、39、51型.低危型感染依次为HPV6、11、43型.高危型感染占8.1%,低危型占1.6%,多型感染占3.1%.HPV感染高峰年龄在25-29岁,50岁以后明显下降,各年龄段HPV检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论社区女性HPV感染率12.8%,以高危型感染为主,高危型常见型别为HPV16、58、33、18、45、35型,低危型常见型别HPV6、11型.人群感染高峰年龄25-29岁年龄段. Objective To analyze the HPV infection rates, the prevalence of HPV DNA types of infection and the status of different ages of women from the community. Method 23 HPV DNA types of infection of 1 270 women's lower genital tracts were checked by applying HPV genetic chips of different types. Result Among 1 270 women, 163 were infected with HPV, accounting for 12.8% (163/1 270). Among the 23 HPV DNA types of infection, HPV 52, 53, 83, MM 4, 4, 44 were not detected. The highest infection rate of the high-risk types was HPV 16. The other types, in descending order of frequency, were HPV 58, 33, 18, 45, 35, 56, 31, 59, 73, 66, 39, 51. Infection of low-risk types, in descending order, were HPV 6, 11, 43. Infection of high-risk types accounts for 8.1% while infection of low-risk types accounts for 1.6%. The multiplex HPV infection accounts for 3.1%. The prevalence of HPV infection peaked from 25 years old to 29 and was reduced significantly after 50 years old. There was no significant difference in the HPV-positive rates among each age group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The HPV infection rate of the outpatient women in the community is 12.8%, mainly infection of high-risk types. The common high-risk types of HPV infection are HPV 16, 58, 33, 18, 45, 35. The common low-risk types of HPV infection are HPV6, 11. The HPV infection peak age is from 25 to 29 years old.
