摘要
本文主要介绍ＮＥＣ监控网控制器的软件和硬件结构及其功能，以及ＮＥＣ规程与ＴＡＢＳ规程转换技术，并简要叙述了ＮＥＣ监控网控制器在光纤集中监控系统中的作用。
In this paper,the structure and function of software and hardware of the NEC supervisory network controller are stated.The conversion algorithm between the NEC protocol and the TABS protocol is described.The application of NEC supervisory network controller in the optical fiber communications centralized supervisory system is also introduced.
