摘要
超声波电机(简称USM)自80年代出现以来,就以其新颖的原理和固有的特点而倍受人们的关注。它有可能在一定的领域内取代小型电磁电机。传统的电机是靠电磁力旋转的,而USM则应用压电元件产生的振动作为电机驱动的能量源。本文首先简单回顾了USM的发展史,接着介绍了行波型USM的工作原理和性能特点,并对USM已取得的应用作了简要介绍。在此基础上。
Ultrasonic Motors(USMs) have been the subject of much attention because of the special principles and performances, since they were appreared at the beginning of the 1980s. They may replace the small electromagnetic motors in some certain fields. A conventional motor uses magnetic force to abtain rotation but a USM uses vibration generated by the piezoelectric ceramic elements as the source of energy for driving the motor. In the paper a short review of the USMs history development is given, together with the operating principles and characteristics. According to the investigations of the patent about USMs toward Japan, the USMs application examples are stated. On the foundation, the USMs application prospects are described. At last the problems for further development on USMs are pointed out briefly.
