适应破坏性创新的企业组织结构研究 被引量:2

摘要 破坏性创新是指一种不同于常规的创新模式,主要瞄准新市场和被主流市场忽略的低端市场,但最后有可能发展为主流市场。本文探讨了破坏性创新的特点,企业实行破坏性创新的最合适的组织结构,并对破坏性创新的研究前景进行了展望。
