摘要
用PCR-RFLP方法检测79例T2DM患者与84例健康正常人的5-HT2AR基因1438A/G多态性,用彩色多谱勒超声测定肱动脉反应性充血后以及含服硝酸甘油后血管内径的变化。T2DM组GG型者血清5-HT水平显著升高(P<0.01),NO水平显著降低(P<0.05),内皮依赖性血管舒张功能减弱(P<0.05)。结果说明5-HT2AR基因1438位碱基纯合突变可能与T2DM血管舒张功能减弱有关。
PCR-RFLP was used to examine the 1438A/G polymorphism of 5-HT2A R gene in 79 patients with T2DM and 84 controls. Brachial vascular diameter was measured after reactive hyperemia and administration of nitroglycerin sublingualty respectively by color Doppler ultrasonography. The patients with GG genotype had higher serum 5-HT level(P〈0. 01) ,lower NO (P〈0. 05) and decreased endotheli- urn-dependent arterial dilation(P〈0.05). In conclusion, homogenic mutation of 1438A/G in 5-HT2A R gene may be associated with decreased vasodilative function in T2DM.
