基于BS-422智能数据处理器的光纤液位计算机监控系统

摘要 为了满足石油、化工等易燃易爆介质制品罐群的液位及油水界面监控的需求,采用先进的计算机检测与控制技术及现代化的光纤传感技术,研发了一种新型的高精度光纤油罐液位计算机监控系统;它以计算机为控制中心,用光纤液位变送器采集数据,利用光电转换处理单元和判向计数逻辑电路等技术措施进行数据变换与调理,通过BS-422智能化数据处理,实现了液位或界面的测量、显示、容积和质量计算、高低液位设定、自动报警以及报表打印等全天候长期连续的自动测控功能;实践证明,抗干扰能力强,精度高、灵敏、可靠,可适用于各种类型储罐及介质的测量。 In order to meet the need of control liquid place and oil water interface of flammability explosive medium products in cans in oil and chemical indystry. Research and develop a new--style advanced precision fiber sensor--based computer monitor system of oilcans with advanced technology of computer detection and control and modern fiber sensory. Its control center is computer, it collect data use fiber liquid transducer. Transform and modulate data with photoelectricity transition deal cell and differentiate direction logic circuit technology etc. Realized round--the--clock long continuous automatism monitor function for the liquid location or interfacial are measured are displaied, its mass and cubage are calculated, liquid height is set up, automatism alarm and imprint report forms by BS--422 intelligentize data deal. Practise prove that it has stronganti--jamming, high precision and delicacy and dependability. It is the same with measuring all kinds of store cans and medium.
