摘要
针对聚丙烯连续搅拌反应过程进行了控制系统设计;该系统采用了串级控制、前馈控制、比值控制、抗积分饱和控制以及安全联锁等多种控制方法;利用西门子PCS7控制系统和多功能过程控制实验平台对系统中的各控制策略进行了验证;研究结果表明,各控制策略皆可行、有效。
For the continuous stirred tank reaction of polypropylene production designed a set of control scheme based on the cascade control, feedforward control, proportion control, resisting integral saturation control and safe interlock for stable. The strategy is further implemented through the simulation platform based on SIEMENS PCS7 and multifunction process and control experiment system (MPCE). The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation result.
