摘要
以绵麦31为实验材料,研究不同浓度烯效唑(0(ck)、5 mg/L、10 mg/L、20mg/L)浸种处理小麦种子后对成苗的影响。对不同烯效唑浓度处理后的发芽种子呼吸强度、幼苗根系活力、形态指标,幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定。结果表明:S3307抑制小麦发芽种子呼吸强度,随烯效唑浸种浓度提高而呈递减趋势,20 mg/L烯效唑处理的呼吸强度最弱,对照组最强;经10 mg/L处理的幼苗根冠比最大;随着烯效唑浸种浓度提高根的生长呈递增趋势,苗高呈递减趋势;幼苗叶绿素含量逐渐增多,幼苗的MDA含量逐渐减少。结论:烯效唑可以提高小麦生长势及抗性,烯效唑浓度以20 mg/L效果最好。
In this article,taking mianmai 31 as the test materials to study the effects of seed soaking with different concentration(0 ck,5mg/l,10mg/l,20mg/l) uniconazole on seedling formation of mianmai.The respiratory intensity,root activity of seedlings,morphological index,chlorophyll content of seedling leaves and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of germinating seeds after treating by different concentration uniconazole were measured.The results indicated that: S3307 could inhibit the respiratory intensity of germinating seeds of mianmai and have a descending trend with the increase of the concentration of uniconazole,respiratory intensity of seeldlings when the concentration of S3307 was 20mg/l was the weakest and the control was the strongest;the root-shoot ratio of seedlings that were treated with 10mg/l S3307 was maximal;growth of the root had an increasing trend and height of seedlings had a descending trend with the increase of the concentration of uniconazole;chlorophyll content of seedling leaves increased day by day,malondialdehyde(MDA) content of germinating seeds gradually decreased.The conclusion was that uniconazole could improve the growth vigor and resistance of mianmai and the optimal concentration was 20mg/l.
