农药在提高农产品产量方面起到积极作用,但在其生产使用过程中对人体健康和生态环境造成了危害,农药污染已引起国际社会的普遍关注。加强农药管理,健全完善相关法律法规,开发低毒、高效品种,合理使用农药等,是保护生态环境的有效措施。
Pesticide plays an active role in promoting the product yield,but its usage will damage people health and environment.The pesticide pollution has been noted by international community.Some effective environment protection measures were to strengthen management,perfect relevant laws and regulations concerned,develop low toxic and efficient breed and use of pesticide nationally etc.
