思想政治工作是高校人才培养工作的生命线。如何适应时代发展要求,采取有效的教育方法,提高教育的实效性,是关系到高校人才培养质量的重大课题。根据时代发展要求和大学生成长成才特点,采取前导教育方法,积极地对大学生进行有针对性的思想政治提前引导教育,并把教育内容潜移默化地转化为大学生的内在需求,以提高大学生综合素质,实现大学生全面发展的教育目标。这是社会发展和人才培养的迫切要求,是新世纪大学生思想政治教育的有效措施。

Political ideological education is vital important to the talent-cultivation project in college, it is one of the major tasks as to how to adapt political ideological education to the requirement of the time and to the effective attainment of education. To adopt the method of taking political ideological educating ahead of the schedule, aiming at making students internalize what they have learned in the textbooks might be an effective way in modern time to carry out the political ideological teaching among the college students. It can help the students improve their comprehensive qualifications, which is set as the target of education by the urgent social need for talents.
