摘要
在对学习型组织的起源与内涵进行清晰界定的基础上,描述了学习型组织文化的基本特征,进而提出了在提升企业核心竞争力方面学习型组织文化建设的三大有力举措,即重视企业文化价值观、培训和领导的作用。文化是组织的黏合剂。组织内形成良好的企业文化氛围,对于促进和保证组织学习以及建立学习型组织,都将具有特别重要的意义。
Based on the clear definition of the origin and contents of learning-type organization, this article presents what makes up the basic features of the type. To achieve the purpose of heightening the core competition of the corporation, three effective measures are, therefore, put forward: emphasizing the corporate cultural values; cultivating the cultural atmosphere; strengthening the working of leadership. Culture links the organization. To improve and guarantee the learning within the organization, it is of great importance to form a fine corporate cultural atmosphere.
