慢性粒细胞白血病患者VEGF及p53抗体的表达研究

摘要 目的研究慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及抑癌基因p53蛋白抗体的表达,分析两者间关系及与对CML疾病临床分期和预后评价的价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验ELISA法,分别检测20例CML患者血清中VEGF及p53抗体的含量,并观察两者与CML的临床分期和治疗效果的关系。结果CML患者血清中的VEGF为326.6±127.15pg/ml、p53抗体为0.467±0.09pg/ml,两者含量均较正常人(VEGF、p53抗体分别为85.23±40.12pg/ml、156±0.06pg/ml)明显升高(P〈0.001);同时CML慢性期患者的血清VEGF和p53抗体水平明显低于急变期患者(P〈0.001)。结论 血管生成的调控因子VEGF和抑癌基因p53蛋白抗体的表达与CML的疾病进程有关,两者之间存在一定的协同性,提示p53蛋白可能参与调节ⅦGF通路,两者高表达可预示CML疾病进展及不良预后。 Objective To explore the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor and anti- oneogene p53 antibody in chronic myelogenous leukemia and their clinical signifieanees. Methods The serum levels of VEGFand p53 antibody were detected by enzyme - linked immunosobant assays technique in 20 patients with CML. The relationship between the two eytokines and CML clinical stage also prognostic evaluation were observed. Results The patients with CML had significantly higher VEGFand p53 antibody serum levels than the controls. The patients with CML in blast phase had higher VEGFand p53 antibody serum levels than in ehronie phase. Conclusion VEGFand p53 antibody are both involved in the pathogenesis of CML, and may play a role in the progression of the disease. The two cytokines are related to the severity of CML.
