臀股点注射治疗急性非特异性下腰痛

＂TunGu point＂injection for the actute non - specific low back pain

目的观察和总结“臀股点”注射治疗急性非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。并通过解剖学研究探讨该治疗可能的机制。方法（1）选取2001年3月-2007年5月之间符合临床诊断标准的急性非特异性下腰痛患者行“臀股点”注射治疗，随机选取600例患者，观察和记录其治疗效果及定期随访。（2）采用11具新鲜尸体，解剖出腰1-5脊神经后支及其分支，特别解剖出其在髂后上棘周围的分布和走行，观察其走行和该注射点之间的毗邻关系。结果在接受治疗的600例患者中，腰椎功能恢复和疼痛缓解优良率达到90％以上。通过尸体解剖，作者在该处找到了脊神经后支有分支在该处穿出。结论“臀股点”注射是1种治疗急性非特畀性下腰痛较好的方法。脊神经后支分支阻滞是该方法有效的机制之一。

Objective To explore the clincal value of the ＂TunGu point＂ （acupoint） injection for the actute non - specific low back pain, and find the mechanisms of this method according to fie anatomy reaserch. Methods （ 1）600 eases with actute non -specific low back pain were treated by ＂TunGu point＂（acupoint） injection, and the outcome were recorded and evaluated. （2） The posterior rami of the 1 -5 spinal nerves in 11 fresh human cadavers were desected, expeeially the relationship between their branchs and adjacent strucures around the posterior superior iliae spine and this injection point. Results The remission of pain and the improvement of low back function are good, with excellent rate more than 90% ,and we found that there were several posterior rami of the spinal nerves close to the injection point. Conclusion The ＂TunGu point＂（acupoint） injection is an ideal and effective therapy for the actute non - specific low back pain, and the block to posterior rami of the spinal nerves is one of the mechanisms of this treament method.
