糖尿病患者眼底检查的频度调查

The Investigation about the ocular fundus check frequency of the diabetes patients

目的调查糖尿病患者进行常规眼底检查的频度，以明确现阶段医患双方对糖尿病视网膜病变的重视程度。方法收集了2005年9月～2006年9月期间因白内障手术收治入院的糖尿病患者共116例，详细询问患者因糖尿病而行眼底检查的频率及眼底检查的类别，分组后作简单统计处理。结果Ⅰ级眼底检查即从未作眼底检查的患者占31．9％，Ⅱ级眼底检查患者占35．3％，Ⅲ级眼底检查患者占15．5％，Ⅳ级眼底检查患者即有荧光眼底造影经历者占17．2％。结论目前的糖尿病患者，尚缺乏对其视网膜并发症严重性的认识，应对患者及相关科室的医生强化这方面的教育。

Objective Purpese To find how often the diabetes patients to have their eye fundus checked,to make sure if we patients and ophthalmologist have really paid attention to the diabetes refinopathy. Methods We collected 116 diabetes eases from Dec.2005 to Dec.2006 who undergone cataract operation, and inquired them how often they had their eye fundus checked, then we divided these eases in three groups according to one＇ s diabetic suffering time, a simple statistics was made. Results Grade T type eye fundus check was made in 31.9% patient in all, grade Ⅱ was made in 35.3 % patient, grade Ⅲ was made in 15.5 % patient, grade Ⅳ was made in 17.2 % patient, so the results were far from satisfaction. Conclusion We patients and ophthalmologists must pay more attention for diabetes retinopathy, not only for diabetic patients, but also for the doetores all around.
