急诊闭合性胸部外伤236例救治

Discussion on emergency therapy of 236 cases of acute closed chest injury

目的探讨急性闭合性胸部外伤的抢救和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析236例急性闭合性胸部外伤患者的救治过程。结果236例患者中224例生存,治愈好转率94.9%,病死12例,病死率5.1%。结论对于急性闭合性胸部外伤,尤其是合并多发伤的闭合性胸部外伤患者应早期明确诊断,及时治疗,以提高抢救成功率,降低病死率。

Objective To explore the salvage and treatment of acute closed chest injury. Method The treatment processes of 236 cases of acute closed chest injury were reviewed retrospectively. Result In this study, 224 cases were alive,the livability was 94.9%; 12 cases were died,the mortality was 5.1%. Conclusion To the patients of acute closed chest injury,especially,complicated with excessive trauma, early diagnosis and treatment are effective methods to decrease the mortality of this disease.
