肝移植术后肾功能障碍的原因及防治
摘要
肝移植术后相关性肾功能衰竭是患者预后不良的标志之一，严重影响术后患者的生存率。为此，笔者对近年来收治肝移植术后患者早期发生不同程度肾功能障碍的病因、治疗情况作一回顾性分析，旨在进一步探讨其发生原因、处理对策及预防措施。
