脊髓损伤的临床治疗进展 被引量:3

摘要 脊髓损伤(Spinal cord injury。sci)大多源于交通伤、坠落伤、暴力或运动伤。随着交通事故的增多、外伤及运动性损伤的增加,SCI呈增加的趋势。人们对SCI的治疗一直在不懈的努力,特别是随着分子生物学发展,基因技术的出现,在SCI的研究方面已取得了很大进步。本文通过对SCI的外科手术治疗、药物治疗、细胞组织移植、物理治疗、功能重建等方面进行综述。
