摘要
针对天津化工厂环氧氯丙烷分厂丙烯精制工艺存在的缺陷,对其工艺进行了改造,新增脱水、脱有机氯及脱砷塔各1台,并且增加了脱硫剂的容量,提高了原丙烯精制工艺的脱水、脱硫、脱有机氯和脱砷能力。丙烯精制工艺改造后,精制丙烯质量得到提高,环氧氯丙烷装置运转正常,催化剂稳定性好,增加了产品的收率和选择性,增加了经济效益。
To settle the problem which exists in the propylene refining process for epichlorohydrin production in Epiehlorohydrin Branch, Tianjin Chemical Plant, the original process is refomled. By adding a dehumidifier, a deorganoehlorine and dearsenie tower in the new process, the capacity of desulfurizer has been increased. The result indicates that the performance of dehydration, desulfurization, deorganochlorine and dea.rsenie has been improved, and the quality of refined propylene has been improved too, with the new reformed process, the epichlorohydrin plant runs well. Higher stability of catalyst is obtained, also the recovery rate, selectivity of product, and economic befinits are all raised.
