通心络联合地尔硫治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of tongxinluo capsule combined with metoprolol in angina pectoris

目的:观察通心络联合地尔硫治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将101例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组51例,对照组50例。对照组给予硝酸酯类及阿司匹林等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用通心络和地尔硫治疗。观察两组患者治疗1个月后的心绞痛分级、心电图及治疗前后动态心电图的改善情况。结果:治疗组心电图及动态心电图改变优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通心络联合地尔硫治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical effects of tongxinluo capsule in angina pectoris .Methods： 101 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into routine treatment group（isosorbide dinitrate, aspirin and so on）and tongxinluo group（routine treatment added tongxinluo capsule and metoprolol）.grade of angina pectoris ,improvement degree of ECG were analyzed one month later.Results： The improvement degree of angina pectoris and ECG in tongxinluo group were obviously better than those in contol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusinn：Tongxinluo capsule combined with metoprolol in treating angina pectoris is effective.
