输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗256例输尿管结石的疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜(URS)气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管上、中、下段结石的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2003年3月 ̄2007年8月256例应用URS气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床资料。结果:输尿管结石位于上、中、下段者分别为23、168、65例。URS一次碎石成功率为91.4%,其中上段73.9%、中段93.5%、下段92.3%。4例改为开放手术,9例改为体外震波碎石术(ESWL),2例再次行URS下气压弹道碎石术。结论:URS气压弹道碎石术高效、安全、损伤小,可作为治疗输尿管中、下段结石的首选方法。 Objective:To summarize the results and experiences in the treatment of ureterie stones by ureteroseopie pneumatic fithotripsy. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 256 eases treated by ureteroseopie pneumatic lithotripsy from March 2003 to August 2007. Results:The locations of ureterie stones were in the lower portion in 65 eases,in the middle portion in 168 eases,in the upper portion in 23 eases. The total success rate of one stage for patients was 91.4%(73.9% in upper portion,93.5% in middle portion,92.3% in lower portion). 4 eases were changed into open operation.9 eases needed auxiliary ESWL. Only 2 eases needed second ureteroseopie manipulation. Conclusion:Ureteroseopie pneumatic lithotripsy is very effective ,safe and less invasive ,may be the method of first choice in the treatment of lower and middle ureterie stones.
