摘要
用满细胞法将高固含量的二氧化硅溶胶压注入杉木,制备出杉木/二氧化硅复合材料,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材的微观结构进行了表征。研究表明:复合材的抗膨胀系数(ASE)、阻吸湿系数(MEE)分别增加了32.6%和14.8%,材料的尺寸稳定性能明显提高。
The China fir/SiO2 Composite was prepared by Bethell Process that is pressure-immersing silicon dioxide with highsol-solid Content into China fir. The microstructure of the Composite was observed with SEM. The results indicated that dimensional stability of the composite was improved obviously and ASE and MEE values were increased by 24. 3% and 14. 8% respectively.
