摘要
针对天竹纤维中添加纳米二氧化钛的含量标识问题,对天竹纤维样品采用高温硝化、混酸溶解的前处理方式,以抗坏血酸作Fe^3+和Cu^2+的掩蔽剂,以一定浓度的双氧水作为显色剂,用分光光度法在波长λ=410nm处测定了天竹纤维中纳米二氧化钛含量。钛的质量浓度在0.05-3.20mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程为了y=0.085 1x+0.0093(R=0.9992),检测限为0.050mg/L,平均回收率达98.5%以上,RSD为0.58%。
The method to determinate the concentration of TiO2 in bleaching bamboo fiber is reported. Sample is nitrified with burning and dissolved in mix acid. Spectrophotometric determination with H2O2 is the analysis method. Optimum analytical conditions are studied. Ascorbic acid is shelter reagent of Fe^3+ and Cu^2+ , H2O2 is displaying-color reagent. Detection wavelengh is 410 nm. The detection limit of trace TiO2 can amount to 0.05-3.20 mg/L. The function of standard eurve is y=0.085 1x+0.0093(R^2=0.9992). The average recovery ratio is 98.5% upwards, and relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.58%.
