摘要
通过对模糊综合评价的研究及其在安全评价中的应用,总结并建立了广义模糊综合安全评价模型。该模型通过对影响评价系统的因素进行分类、整理,并分配其权重,对每个因素进行打分,将模糊的安全信息定量化,然后通过模糊数学的方法计算出系统的得分,从而对系统的安全状态进行评价,并应用该模型对某铁路桥梁进行了安全现状评价。
Based on the summary of the study on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and its application in security evaluation, the paper establishes generalized fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation model. Through factors classification, collating, weight distribution, factors scoring, quantification of the fuzzy security information, and finally the calculation of the system scores by using fuzzy math,the model conducts evaluation on the safety state of the system. The model is used in a railway bridge's safety evaluation.
