摘要 在分析压缩天然气(CNG)监控系统功能的基础上,采用组态软件技术设计了一种CNG调压站监控系统,给出了系统硬件和软件的设计方法,实现了调压站多项运行参数的实时监测与报警、排气、换热、加臭等系统的自动控制,提高了调压站监控系统的智能化和自动化水平。通过系统测试实验表明:该系统具有检测方便、运行可靠、界面友好的特点,可满足CNG调压站各特征参数的测试要求。 A testing system of regulator station for compressed natural gas (CNG) is developed based on the LabWindows/CVI software of Natural Instrument company (NI) and the virtual instrument technology. The system can provide scientific basis for the novel design and the improvement of regulators and monitoring devices as result of realizing many real-time detection and control of operating parameters for the regulator. Experimental results show that the system has some good features, such as convenient detection, reliable operation and friendly user interface, which can meet perfectly test requirements of characteristic parameters of the CNG regulator station.
