综放工作面端头顶板稳定原理与控制技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 由于回采工作面端头区域顶板受巷道掘进、回采超前支承压力作用、顶板被反复支撑等因素影响,加上要为保护机头机尾设备提供较大的无立柱空间,使端头区域顶板支护难度增大。通过对端头顶板岩层结构及受力状况进行研究分析,工作面回采期间,在超前工作面30-40 m处进行锚杆加固,提高巷道围岩强度,端头巷道处顶板不再进行其它支护。 Because of the roof in face-end area is affected by drift driving, support pressure overbear and roof was supported time after time. What's more, we must prop bigger no leg space for protect drive unit and drive end unit in coal winning face, makes face-end area roof support degree is difficult to enhance. Through analized face-end rock structure and strained status ,we consolidates bolt at 30 - 40 m in advance face during face winning,and enhanced the intensity of drift rock. Roof in face-end drift carries out other shoring no longer.
