综采面收尾(破碎煤体)化学注浆加固技术试验研究

摘要 煤矿井下断层或构造变动部位的煤层一般比较松散,综采面在松散煤层结采(收尾)时,顶板维护十分困难,已成为众多煤矿普遍存在的技术难题。余吾煤业公司在S2201工作面收尾时采用工作面两侧预注浆——用高分子化学浆液对破碎煤体进行注浆加固,保证了顺利收尾,工作面结采注浆试验的成功将推动我国煤炭回采技术的进一步发展。 Coal seam of coal mine underground fault or structure fluctuation position is generally loose, when end on the loose fault, it's hard to take roof prevention, it has been an universal difficult technology problem in numerous coal mine. Yuwu mining group adopt two sides preparing grouting for S2201 face ending, grouting reinforce the coal breaking by macromolecule chemistry size, pledge for smooth ending, successful face end grouting experimentation will promote our interior coal winning technology to go step further evelopment.
