超细粉石英补强顺丁橡胶的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 粉石英超细粉用气流粉碎机制备,平均粒径3.53μm,用硅烷偶联剂WD-50﹑WD-70和硬脂酸对其进行表面改性,活化指数和接触角分别为89.6%,135°;88.5%,132°;83.1%,125°。三种改性粉填充顺丁橡胶实验,结果表明,硫化温度150℃,硫化时间为13min,填充改性粉石英后制品的拉伸性能、撕裂性能和硬度均有明显改善。比较而言,三种改性剂中硅烷WD-50的效果最好。 Konilite was super fined with jet mill in this experiment. The average particle size of superfine powder is 3.53 μm. Silane coupling agent WD-50, WD-70 and stearic acid modifier were used to superficial organic modification to konilite. The activation index and surface contact angle to WD-50, WD-70. stearic acid were 89.6%, 135°; 88.5%, 132° and 83.1%, 125°. Accomplished the experiment of filling in BR with these three superficial organic modification powder. The results show that the properties of rubber composite material were the best at vulcanizing temperature of 150℃ and for vulcanizing time of 13min, The properties of the composite material were superior to the original butadiene rubber properties after modified konilite filler was filled to the butadiene rubber. As the amount of silica powder filler increasing, its properties gradually strengthened. The effect ofsilane coupling agent WD-50 was the best among the three modifying agents.
