P(MMA-MAA)/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用乳液聚合法研究了聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸)/有机蒙脱土(P(MMA-MAA)/OMMT)纳米复合材料。研究了反应条件对乳液稳定性的影响;使用X-射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)表征了复合材料的结构和微观形态;用热失重(TGA)研究了材料的热稳定性。结果显示:部分插层部分剥离的纳米复合材料已经形成;纳米复合材料的热稳定性随着有机化蒙脱土加入量的增加而提高。另外,第二单体MAA的加入有效地改善了复合材料的耐热性。 Emulsion polymerization was adopted in the preparation of poly(methyl methacrylate/methyl acrylic acid)/organ-montmorillonite (P(MMA-MAA)/OMMT) nanoco,nposite. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) were used to characterize the morphology, and structures of the nanocomposites. The thermal stability was examined by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). It was showed that both intercalated and exfoliated structures were found in the nanocomposites. Thermal stability of the nanocomposites was improved with increasing of OMMT content and reached maximum value when the OMMT content was 7w%. The addition of the comonomer mcthacrylate(MAA) also enhanced the thermal stability of the nanocompositcs.
