摘要
通过对四川须家河组岩石做切片分析、硬度和研磨性测试可知,该岩层石英含量高,硬度大,研磨性非常强,钻进中对钻头提出了非常高的要求。根据岩性分析,对金刚石钻头参数(如钻头胎体硬度、金刚石体积分数和粒度、仿生钻头的非光滑度等)进行了优选。介绍了仿生学的非光滑原理,并将其应用到孕镶金刚石石油钻头的设计中,以此来提高钻头的寿命和钻进效率。
Base on the slice analysis, hardness and abrasiveness measurement of rocks of Xujiahe formation, it is concluded that the rock stratum of this formation has high quartz content, high hardness and strong abrasiveness, which presents a great challenge for bit selection. Based on analysis of lithology, structure parameters of diamond bit are optimized, including bit matrix hardness, concentration and particle size of diamond, non-smooth degree of bionic bits. In addition, this paper introduces the theory of bionics no-smooth and its application on impregnated diamond bit design to prolong bit life and to speed up the rate of penetration.
