国内固井质量检测技术发展现状分析

Analysis of Domestic Cementing Quality Examination Technology

目前国内固井质量检测方法主要有声幅测井、声幅/变密度测井、SBT扇区胶结测井、PET成像测井和声波/伽马变密度测井。在介绍这些方法检测固井质量原理的基础上,对各种检测方法进行了分析对比,总结出了各自的优缺点。结合勘探开发对固井质量的要求和国内固井质量检测技术的发展现状,指出了国内固井质量检测中存在的问题,并给出了具体、合理又实用的建议。

At present, main cementing quality examination methods at home are acoustic amplitude logging, acoustic variable density logging, SBT bonding logging, PET image logging, and acoustic-gamma variable density logging, etc. Based on the introductions of principles of these methods, comparisons of different methods are conducted. The problems existing in cementing quality examination at home was pointed out, scientific and reasonable suggestions for measuring cementing quality are presented considering the requirements for cementing quality and development of cementing technique.
