摘要
通过对高浓度淀粉废水中化学需氧量(COD)和挥发性有机酸(VFA)随反应时间(HRT)的变化规律,探讨了一种新型的水解酸化强化工艺,为高浓度废水的进一步有效处理提供实验基础。分别对加入10%(体积分数)的生活污水且ρ(COD)为8 940 mg/L的高质量浓度淀粉废水和100%(体积分数)的ρ(COD)为10 000 mg/L的高质量浓度淀粉废水进行厌氧水解酸化预处理,并对其中的COD和VFA进行即时监控。研究结果表明,加入体积分数为10%的生活污水的淀粉废水可以快速有效地把复杂的大分子有机物转化为简单小分子有机物,此种工艺强化了水解酸化的效果,为后续废水进一步处理微生物提供了充足的营养环境。
This study mainly introduces a new type of strengthened acid hydrolysis process through the changes of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and volatile organic acids (VFA) with reaction time (HRT) during the acid hydrolysis pretreatment of the high concentration starchy wastewater, in order to achieve the effective data, which can provide experimental basis to process high concentration wastewater further. It conducts anaerobic acid hydrolysis pretreatment to the high concentration of starchy wastewater into which 10 percent of the domestic sewage is added and whose COD is 8 940 mg/L, and to the pure starchy wastewater whose COD is around 10 000 mg/L, respectively, and monitors the concentration of COD and VFA constantly. The results show that, by adding 10 percent of the domestic sewage into the starchy wastewater we can divide the complex and macromolecular organic matter into simple and small molecules organic in the wastewater rapidly, which can provide adequate nutrition environment for the microbe in the follow-up wastewater treatment. This process strengthens the effect of acid hydrolysis.
