摘要
通过对煤灰熔融测定温度控制系统的性能技术指标、系统功能特点和工作原理的介绍,指出利用温度控温仪的加速度超前控制程序来测定煤灰熔融性特征温度,可抑制高温炉的热惯性,并具有实现精确控制升温速度的功能。
The characters, the working principle, and the technical performance parameters of the temperature control system of coal ash fusibility determinator is introduced in this paper, it is pointed out that during the ash fusibility determination, the usage of the advance control program of the temperature controller can restrain, the thermal inertia of the furnace, so that the accurate temperature control should be realized.
