浅谈我国建筑企业利用PFI进军城市污水处理行业

Discuss about Construction Enterprises Entering into Sewage Treatment Industry Using PFI

通过数据分析认识到我国污水处理行业面临的资金短缺和管理落后问题,提出利用私人主动融资(PFI)模式解决该行业发展问题。我国建筑企业面临着利润空间逐步减小的现状,PFI是其拓展事业的一种新方式。结合城市污水处理行业、我国建筑企业和PFI三者的优势及需求,分析建筑企业利用PFI进入污水处理行业的可行性,提出了我国建筑企业拓宽事业、利用PFI进军污水处理行业的建议。

The dora shows problems of lacking finance and imperfect management remaining in the sewage treatment industry in China. This paper points out using PFI to deal with problems. It shows the status that profit of construction enterprises gradually decreases and points out PFI is a new way of expanding business of construction enterprises. Combing the advantage and demand of the sewage treatment industry, construction enterprises and PFI, after analyzing the feasibility of construction enterprises entering into sewage treatment industry using PFI, it indicates the way of both expanding business of construction enterprises and improving sewage treatment facilities.
