摘要
针对限定风险的工程,对网络时间参数PERT(Program Evaluation and Review Technique)进行改进,用蒙特卡罗仿真MCS(Monte Carlo Simulation)进行仿真得出项目工期分布曲线,用微粒群算法进行资源优化,建立资源优化模型,并进行实例分析。结果表明,可以在施工进度风险得到合理控制的范围内,资源均衡趋近于更优化。
For the project which defines the risk, first we should improve the time parameter of PERT, and then use MCS to get the time limited curve of the project. After that, resource optimization should be done by using the particle swarm algorithm method, and resource optimization model should be founded, besides, an example analysis should be presented. The consequence shows that, by using this procedure, the resource equilibrium can be more optimum when the risk of progress control is in the range of rational control.
