随着建筑业对环境影响的日益加深,随着绿色建筑概念的提出及其相关理论的逐步发展和完善,随着两会对"资源节约型、环境友好型"社会呼声的日益高涨,对绿色建筑的成本进行分析、管理与控制,已成为一项迫切需要解决的问题。对绿色建筑的成本进行分析,必须站在全寿命期的角度,即对建筑项目从前期决策、设计、施工、竣工验收、试生产以及运营、拆除的全寿命期进行分析,尤其关注设计和运营阶段的费用。此外,还应该站在全社会的角度,综合考虑社会成本和用户成本,考虑外在的成本影响。
