氨基聚醚有机硅表面活性剂的研究进展

Development of amino polyether organic silicone surfactants

着重叙述了近年来开发的一类新型有机硅表面活性剂——氨基聚醚有机硅的制备方法。氨基聚醚有机硅因分子中同时含有氨基和聚醚基,因此兼有氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的双重性质,从而使其具有链段柔顺、表面张力低,且具有反应性和亲水性等特点。介绍了氨基聚醚有机硅在日化产品、织物整理、制浆造纸和农药助剂等方面的应用情况,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

The preparation methods of amino polyether organic silicone surfactants were summarized emphatically. The surfactants belongs to novel organ silicone surfactants exploited in recent years. Owing to the dual characteristic of amino silicone and polyether silicone, the amino polyether organic silicone surfactants possess many unique properties, such as chains pliancy, low surface tension, reactivity, hydrophilicity and so on. The application of the surfactants was introduced simply in the daily chemical products, textile finishing, papermaking, and agrochemical additives and otherwise. In addition, the application field of the surfactants was proposed simply.
