高速公路隧道配电监控系统组态软件的实现

摘要 根据高速公路隧道配电系统机电设备多、监控系统独立、小型化的特点,给出了基于力控PCAuto组态软件的配电监控系统的设计和实现方案.监控系统采用SOCOMEC公司的DIRIS A40多功能智能监控装置,实现数据采集和基于RS485-JBUS/MODBUS的通信,并通过组态软件建立各监控界面,实现监控系统的各项功能.实验结果表明,该监控系统能够达到应用的要求,并具有简单、易用、性价比好的特点. According to the feature of the big quantity of mechatronic equipment, and the feature of independant and the trend toward small size of supervisory system in highway tunnel electric distribution network, a supervisory system of highway tunnel electric distribution network based on PCAuto 6. 0 Configuration Software is designed and realized. In this monitoring system, the intelligent instrument DIRIS A40 of SOCOMEC are used for data collection and for communication based on RS485-JBUS/MODBUS. Several operation interfaces are created through the configuration software. It can realize all functions required. The simulation test results show that the monitoring system achieves the expected requirements, and it has simple operation and high performance/coat advanteges .
