摘要
目的通过对家兔矽肺模型三个不同时间段的CT图像与病理结果的对照,分析矽肺在兔肺的CT特征与其病理基础的联系。方法12只家兔完全随机分为3组,每组内任选3只作为实验对象,将石英混悬液灌注于气管内,另1只作为空白对照不予处理。在2,4,6个月时,分别对各组家兔进行CT扫描,重建高分辨率CT图像,并进行兔肺病理切片制作及HE染色,观察矽结节个数及分级、纤维化,以及肺气肿等肺部变化。结果染尘家兔全肺多处出现点状或片状白色尘斑,可发现矽结节并有多处融合。对处理组动物的HRCT连续观察发现肺内病变呈明显的进行性发展,此与病理切片的表现相一致。同期对照组无上述改变。结论家兔矽肺模型各时段病理上进展过程的改变在CT上可观察到、检测出。
Objective To compare CT features of rabbits with silicosis and its pathological results,and to explore their relationship. Methods Nine ordinary rabbits were infused with quartz dust suspension into tracheas in silicosis group. Three rabbits were chosen as blank controls. At month 2,4,6 after injecting suspension, CT scanning was performed in each group, and the images of high resolution computerized tomography(HRCT)were re-established. Lung tissues were fixed and diced after CT scanning. The numbers and classification of silicotic nodules, the level of fibrosis and emphysema were observed. Results Pathological results showed white patches and merged silicotic nodules in the lung in silicosis rabbits. CT showed that the pulmonary lesions aggravated progressively in silicosis rabbits. These changes could not be observed in controls. Conclusion The progress of pathological changes could be observed and detected by CT in silicosis rabbits.
