摘要
建立中层管理人员关键业绩指标绩效考核方法。根据企业发展目标及经营指标、员工岗位职责,并从财务收益与工作业绩、产品质量与协作关系、内部控制与流程管理、创新学习与成长四个维度,选择关键绩效考核指标,构建考核指标体系,建立关键业绩指标绩效考核表,应用效果良好。
Key performance irldicators appraisal method of midlevel management staff in Beiminghe iron mine is established. Key performance appraisal indicators are selected from four dimensions of financial revenue and working performance, product quality and cooperative relation, inner control and process management and innovative study and growth according to enterprise development goal, operation principle and position responsibility. Appraisal form for key performance indicators is established and put into use in Beiminghe iron mine and a satisfying result is obtained.
