承德丰宁招兵沟采场采矿方法研究探讨

通过分析采场生产存在的问题,结合生产实践,提出了"切块分段、横扩纵采"的采矿方法。以独立的部位开采和局部一次推进到界,各独立部位在时间安排上又呈梯次过渡衔接的方式,减少初期剥岩量,均衡生产剥采比,提前2年达产,争取了最短时间内满足选矿生产需求。同时,采取纵采的方式,又可降低贫化率,提高入选矿石品位,解决了生产面临的难题。

Through analysis the question of stope production, combining the procreative practice, put forward the mining method of ＂cut block and subsection, transverse spread and vertical pick＂, with unattached part mining part pushed the end at once, and each unattached part joined by transition step on time arranging, reduced the quantity of the early days rock, proportion stripping ratio of production, reached production ahead 2 years, strived for the need of mill yun at short time, and with the way of ＂vertical pick＂, reduce impoverishment ratio, improved the cutting out ore grade , sloved the problem of production.
