摘要
团城铁矿100m水平以下矿体遭到民采空区严重破坏,采用在活动空区边缘出矿的方法回收冒落残矿,试验研究了多种支护方法,最终用U型支架,通过合理设计支架结构与优选支架尺寸,解决了高应力、大变形巷道支护的技术难题,使团城铁矿50m水平之上的残留矿量得到了合理回采,取得了良好的技术经济效果。
The ore body below I00m level was almost destroyed by the mined-out area in Tuaneheng i- ron mine and the method of ore drawing from the boundary of caved area was adopted for recovery of the remnant ore. Experimental Studying on many support methods, U-shape frame has been used to Move the problems of supporting the gateway with high stress and large deformation by means of the rational structure design and the optimal size. The remnant ore in the mined area is reasonable stoping above 50 m level, and has achieved good technical and economic efficiencies.
