The Construction of the Public Trust of Urban Community Dispute-Settlement Mechanism

社会转型对当前的城市社区纠纷解决机制是一个严峻的挑战,如何进一步完善社区纠纷解决制度,提高纠纷解决的成效已经成为构建社会主义和谐社会的重要议题。分析现有体制机制的缺陷,不难发现公信力的流失是削弱社区纠纷解决机制群众基础的根本原因。因此,本文从社区纠纷解决机制的公信力现状切入,着重探讨加强社区纠纷解决机制公信力建设的重要意义和有效途径,提高城市社区纠纷解决机制在新时期的促和谐、保稳定功效。

Current dispute settlement mechanism in urban community is facing a severe test brought by socialtransformation ,and therefore how to perfect lhe mechanism and enhance the efficiency has been an importantsubject in building a socialist harmonious society in China. Based on the analysis of system defect, il＇ s clearly thatthe lacking of public trust is the root cause of weakened mass basis. From the perspective of public trust, thisdissertation mainly discusses the significance and effective ways of strengthening construction, so as to promoteharmony, guarantee stably in the new era.
