摘要
我国传媒业的发展正面临着来自于世界跨国传媒巨头的严峻挑战,应对挑战的关键在于不断增强自身的核心竞争力。本文在介绍传媒集团核心竞争力涵义和特点的基础上,指出我国传媒集团核心竞争力缺失的三大表现,并从组织架构优化、品牌运营、人力资源管理、融资体制四方面提出培育与提升传媒集团核心竞争力的对策。
The media industry in China has already demonstrated the large trend of grouping and scale, and its development is facing the severe challenge of the transnational media giants. The key to meeting the challenge lies in strengthening core competence constantly. On the basis of introducing the meaning and characteristics of group' s core competence of media group, in the article, it points out three kinds of behaviors due to lacking the core competence situation, and four aspects for cultivating and promoting the core competence of media group, namely organization' s optimization, the brand operation, the human resources management, financing system, and proposing the way.
